As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of facilities across all Miami locations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient functioning of our facilities, maintaining strong communication with vendors and contractors, and ensuring high satisfaction among our members, working closely with the Community and Sales teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise building systems maintenance and cleanliness at all locations.
2. Implement processes and standards to comply with local, state, and regulatory requirements.
3. Track and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
4. Engage in negotiations with large facilities services providers and contractors.
5. Develop effective strategies for scheduling critical maintenance to minimize disruptions to our business operations.
6. Continuously identify and recommend improvements to enhance facility processes.
7. Oversee construction projects and new openings in Miami.
8. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures.
9. Provide valuable feedback to address issues that hinder effective facility operations.
10. Act as the first point of contact for facility maintenance emergencies.
11. Manage communication with landlords to ensure compliance with regulations and contracts.
12. Take charge of building security, access control, CCTV, and security company coordination.
13. Collaborate seamlessly with various teams, including Sales and Community, to support their efforts.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 4 years of proven operational experience.
2. Essential: At least 4 years of experience as a facility manager.
3. Ability to handle multiple sites efficiently.
4. Preferred: A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
5. Strong negotiation and procurement skills.
6. Knowledge of low voltage and IT infrastructure.
7. Team player with excellent interpersonal abilities.
8. Advantageous: Sales experience, especially in prospecting, development, and deal closure.
9. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
